How a Turkish broiler house is planned
Start with clear span and length rather than bird numbers. A 14–16 m wide, 100–150 m long insulated house gives the cross-section that tunnel ventilation needs while staying buildable with local steel. Stocking is then set by target live weight and market — 33–39 kg/m² for the domestic market, lower where an export customer imposes a welfare ceiling.
