How HatchMatch earns buyer and supplier trust.
HatchMatch Group is an independent, vendor-neutral procurement platform for medium and large commercial poultry projects. Below: how supplier matches are chosen, how RFQs are compared, how financing is introduced, and how project data is protected.
Five trust pillars
Vendor-neutral marketplace
HatchMatch does not own equipment, does not resell hardware and is not affiliated with any single manufacturer. Supplier matches are driven by fit — country, capacity, certifications and lead time — not by paid placement.
Supplier verification
Suppliers submit company registration, factory location, ISO / CE / GlobalG.A.P. certifications, reference projects and export track record. Buyers see verification badges and can request the underlying documentation before shortlisting.
Procurement process
One structured RFQ generates comparable quotes across shortlisted suppliers. Every quote is normalised on the same specification, Incoterm, warranty and delivery schedule so buyers compare like-for-like.
Financing process
Qualified commercial projects are introduced to an independent third-party financing partner — equipment leasing, supplier credit, ECA-backed and DFI structures. Any financing decision is made by the partner and is subject to their approval.
Privacy & data
Project details, uploaded documents and RFQ answers are shared only with suppliers you approve. Uploads are scanned before storage. See the Privacy Policy for retention, subprocessors and data-subject rights.
Every Poultry Project Requires a Different Strategy
No two poultry operations are the same. Production goals, climate, biosecurity requirements, automation levels, bird welfare standards and long-term expansion plans all influence the equipment and infrastructure required for a successful farm.
That is why HatchMatch Group begins with your project — not with a product catalog.
HatchMatch Group is designed to help poultry businesses make better procurement decisions. We do not believe that one equipment manufacturer or one technology is suitable for every poultry operation. Instead, we focus on understanding each project's technical, operational and financial requirements before helping identify the most appropriate solutions.
Every recommendation is based on project needs — not supplier promotion.
Before recommending suppliers, HatchMatch evaluates:
Every poultry project is evaluated individually because successful farms begin with proper planning.
Better Planning Creates Better Poultry Projects
The largest supplier is not automatically the right supplier.
The most expensive equipment is not always the best investment.
The right solution is the one that best supports your production goals, technical requirements and long-term business objectives.
HatchMatch Group helps organizations make informed procurement decisions rather than simply collecting quotations.
Procurement and Financing Working Together
Many poultry projects require both technical planning and access to financing. Where appropriate, projects may also benefit from financing pathways and strategic planning resources available through the Global B2B Group ecosystem.
Our goal is to help organizations move from planning to implementation with greater confidence. Financing outcomes are subject to third-party approval and are not guaranteed.
Four principles that shape every engagement.
Project-First Planning
Every recommendation starts with understanding the farm before discussing equipment.
Independent Procurement Guidance
Recommendations are based on project requirements — not exclusive supplier relationships.
Global Industry Network
Access international suppliers, procurement resources and financing pathways through the wider Global B2B Group ecosystem.
Long-Term Performance
Focus on operational efficiency, productivity, lifecycle value and sustainable farm development rather than short-term purchasing decisions.

Ready to Build Your Poultry Project?
Whether you are planning a new poultry farm, expanding an existing hatchery or exploring financing opportunities, HatchMatch Group helps you move forward with greater confidence.
HatchMatch Group is more than a poultry marketplace. It is a specialized project planning and procurement platform supported by the expertise, knowledge and financing ecosystem of Global B2B Group — helping poultry businesses make better decisions before procurement begins.
Questions buyers and suppliers ask
- Is HatchMatch owned by an equipment manufacturer?
- No. HatchMatch Group is an independent procurement platform of Global B2B Group, incorporated in the Republic of Cyprus. It does not own, manufacture or resell poultry equipment.
- How do you decide which suppliers I see?
- Matches are ranked on project fit — target country, flock size, housing type, certification requirements, financing eligibility and lead time — not on paid placement or commission.
- Do suppliers pay to appear?
- Suppliers pay nothing to be listed and nothing to appear in a buyer's shortlist. Verified suppliers can subscribe to premium lead-management tools; that subscription does not change how they rank in a buyer's RFQ results.
- Do you charge buyers?
- Submitting an RFQ, receiving quotes and using every calculator on the site is free for commercial poultry buyers.
- How is my data used?
- Project data is used to match suppliers, enable financing introductions and improve our matching. It is never sold. Retention windows, subprocessors and export rules are documented in the Privacy Policy.
- What compliance frameworks apply?
- Global B2B Group operates under EU / Republic of Cyprus data protection law (GDPR equivalents). Suppliers on the platform declare their own ISO, CE, GlobalG.A.P. and biosecurity certifications; those declarations are re-verified on request.
