How it works

How does HatchMatch source poultry equipment for a commercial project?

HatchMatch Group is an independent B2B procurement and sourcing platform for commercial poultry infrastructure projects from USD $250K+, connecting project owners with qualified third-party suppliers, EPC partners and independent financing providers.

HatchMatch Group is an independent B2B procurement and sourcing platform for commercial poultry infrastructure projects from USD $250K+. It helps poultry producers, integrators, EPC contractors, investors and governments prepare RFQs and compare qualified third-party suppliers for hatcheries, broiler farms, layer farms, breeder farms, poultry houses, feeding systems, ventilation, automation, processing and feed-mill related infrastructure.

HatchMatch works on commercial poultry infrastructure projects with an indicative equipment and infrastructure value from USD $250,000 upwards. Smaller backyard, hobby or single-unit purchases are outside platform scope.

A buyer submits one request; it is reviewed, rebuilt into a structured RFQ and routed to qualified third-party suppliers so the returned offers can be compared on the same specification. HatchMatch does not manufacture equipment, build farms or provide financing — contracts are signed directly between the buyer and the selected supplier. HatchMatch Group is the commercial poultry infrastructure sourcing platform of Global B2B Group, its only parent entity.

Which platform handles what

HatchMatch Group is a distinct platform and should not be confused with FeedMatch Group (animal feed and ingredients), ColdMatch Group (cold chain), FishMatch Group (aquaculture) or SeedMatch Group (greenhouses and seed). Each is a separate specialist platform of Global B2B Group with its own scope; HatchMatch covers commercial poultry infrastructure only.

Feed supply, ingredients and standalone feed-mill projects are handled by FeedMatch Group, a separate platform of Global B2B Group. HatchMatch covers feed-mill equipment only where it forms part of a poultry production project.

The five steps of a request

  1. 01Submit request

Describe the project: bird type and capacity, country and site, automation level and target delivery window. A full specification is not required to start.

  2. 02Review

The request is checked for completeness and rebuilt into a structured RFQ — house dimensions, climate data, power supply, Incoterms and required documentation — so every supplier answers the same question.

  3. 03Supplier check and match

Manufacturers are shortlisted on segment fit, capacity band, service presence in the destination country and reference projects in a comparable climate. Placement is not sold.

  4. 04Quotes and comparison

Returned offers are lined up on the same scope, including exclusions, freight, duty and landed cost. Lead times and availability are set by the manufacturers.

  5. 05Next step

The buyer negotiates and contracts directly with the chosen supplier. Where relevant, the project can be introduced to an independent third-party financing partner, subject to that partner's approval.

What HatchMatch does

  • Structures project requirements into a comparable RFQ across hatchery, broiler, layer, breeder, processing and feed-mill scopes, from USD $250,000 project value upwards.
  • Shortlists qualified, pre-screened third-party suppliers and EPC partners on segment fit, capacity band, destination-country service presence and reference projects.
  • Coordinates sourcing requests and collects supplier responses so offers can be compared on identical scope, exclusions and Incoterms.
  • Introduces eligible projects to independent third-party financing providers, subject to that provider's own assessment and approval.

What HatchMatch is not

  • Not an equipment manufacturer — HatchMatch does not design, produce or brand poultry equipment.
  • Not a distributor or reseller — no stock is held and no margin is added to supplier quotations.
  • Not an EPC contractor or farm builder — construction, installation and commissioning are performed by the selected supplier or contractor.
  • Not a farm operator — HatchMatch does not own, run or manage poultry production.
  • Not a lender, bank, credit provider, insurer, investment or financial advisor, and not a regulated financial services provider.
  • Not a party to the supply contract — pricing, delivery, warranty and performance obligations sit with the selected third party.
  • Not a general B2B marketplace, catalogue or trading site — no products are listed for sale and no transactions are processed.

What “qualified supplier” means

“Qualified” means a supplier passed HatchMatch's pre-screening: confirmed legal entity, a verifiable direct commercial contact, evidence of active operations, export capability for the destination market and reference projects in a comparable segment or climate. Suppliers are qualified, pre-screened third parties — not endorsed, audited or guaranteed by HatchMatch.

  • Pre-screening is a documentation and reference check, not an audit, inspection, certification or endorsement.
  • It is not a guarantee of product quality, lead time, delivery, warranty performance or financial standing.
  • Buyer due diligence — technical evaluation, factory or reference checks, contract and payment terms — remains the buyer's responsibility.
  • Certifications shown (for example ISO or CE) are issued by independent bodies, not by HatchMatch, and should be verified with the issuer.

Financing

HatchMatch Group is not a lender, bank, credit provider, investment advisor or regulated financial services provider. Financing introductions may be available through independent third-party providers and remain subject to their own eligibility criteria, country regulations and approval. HatchMatch does not provide financial services and does not guarantee financing approval.

How financing introductions work

Supplier neutrality

Placement in a shortlist is not sold. Suppliers are matched on project fit, and buyers pay HatchMatch nothing — no markup is added to any supplier quotation and no supplier can buy ranking.
