What is HatchMatch?

HatchMatch Group is a supplier-neutral sourcing and procurement platform for commercial poultry projects, part of Global B2B Group. It serves investors, producers and developers planning broiler, layer and breeder farms and hatcheries worldwide. Buyers define their requirements first; HatchMatch turns them into a structured RFQ, researches suitable independent suppliers and helps compare full scope and lifetime cost. It does not manufacture equipment or sell supplier placement, and the buyer contracts directly with the chosen provider.

How HatchMatch poultry procurement works

  1. 1

    Define project requirements

Bird type, capacity, site, climate, power and water, automation level, timeline and investment range.

  2. 2

    Build a structured RFQ

The requirements become one common scope, so every supplier quotes the same project.

  3. 3

    Research and compare independent suppliers

Suitable suppliers are researched and their proposals compared on full scope and lifetime cost, not headline price.

  4. 4

    The buyer selects and contracts

The buyer chooses the provider and signs directly with them. HatchMatch is not a party to the supply contract.

Questions buyers ask

Does HatchMatch manufacture poultry equipment?
No. HatchMatch Group does not manufacture, sell or install equipment, and it does not sell supplier placement. It helps buyers define the project and compare independent manufacturers, integrators and turnkey providers.
Who signs the final equipment contract?
The buyer contracts directly with the supplier or turnkey provider they select. HatchMatch supports the comparison and procurement steps but is not the seller or EPC contractor.
How are suppliers compared?
Against one common scope defined in the RFQ, looking at what each proposal includes, installation and commissioning scope, delivery terms, spare parts, support and lifetime running costs such as energy and maintenance.
Which projects does HatchMatch support?
Commercial broiler, layer and breeder farms, hatcheries and complete poultry farm projects, generally from USD 250,000 upwards, in markets worldwide.
