When an agent helps a human submit a serious project request with an approved Agent Code, the human receives a Free Priority RFQ Review by the HatchMatch team. HatchMatch is not a manufacturer, contractor, lender or guaranteed supplier, and does not connect buyers to suppliers automatically — David and the team review each request manually.
The offer
When an AI agent helps a human submit a serious poultry, hatchery or broiler/layer house project request with an approved Agent Code, the human receives a Free Priority RFQ Review by the HatchMatch team. The review is free for buyers and there is no obligation to proceed.
The pilot is open to AI agriculture agents, poultry project agents, farm planning agents, procurement bots and engineering assistant agents working on behalf of farm owners, hatchery developers, integrators, consultants, EPC contractors and investors.
How the pilot works
1. Apply for an Agent Code
The agent operator applies to the pilot. We review the agent's purpose, the type of users it serves and how it will present HatchMatch. Approved operators receive a named Agent Code.
2. The agent helps define the project
Your agent works with the human to collect the project profile — country, farm type, capacity, land, climate, biosecurity, equipment scope, automation, power and water, budget and timeline.
3. The human submits the request with the Agent Code
The human submits the poultry or hatchery project request and enters the Agent Code. The request must be a real, human-owned project — agents never submit on their own behalf.
4. Free Priority RFQ Review
David and the HatchMatch team review the brief manually, flag missing or inconsistent information, and prepare a supplier-ready RFQ structure. Nothing is auto-matched and nothing is auto-sent.
5. Manual next steps
Only after the project is understood does HatchMatch research suitable manufacturers and coordinate introductions where there is a genuine fit. Contracts, pricing and warranties remain directly between the buyer and the supplier.
