Become a listed poultry equipment supplier
HatchMatch helps poultry buyers prepare RFQs and source suitable suppliers. The supplier directory is for discovery and research — it is not an automatic marketplace, and listings never trigger an automatic connection. Buyers arrive with a planned project — bird count, housing type, country and budget band — and supplier introductions are handled manually after project review: our team routes that scope to the few listed suppliers who actually fit it. Free to apply, free to be listed, no pay-per-lead.
Managed poultry project procurement — every request is reviewed by David / HatchMatch Group first.
- A farm owner, hatchery owner, integrator or investor submits a poultry project request.
- David / HatchMatch Group reviews project seriousness, farm type, country, capacity, budget, technical requirements, regulation, timeline and supplier fit.
- Only after manual approval, HatchMatch Group selects which — if any — manufacturers, suppliers or integrators are a fit for the project.
- Introductions are made manually and in a controlled way — never automatically through the website.
Supplier and manufacturer listings are provided for research, transparency and discovery only. HatchMatch Group does not provide automatic buyer-supplier introductions. Every poultry project request is reviewed manually by David / HatchMatch Group, and supplier introductions are made only after internal approval.
To be listed you need a registered company with at least three years supplying commercial poultry equipment, manufacturer or appointed-distributor status, the ability to quote on a defined Incoterm, applicable certification and two contactable project references. Review takes 2 business days. Listed suppliers receive scoped RFQs matched to their category and served markets, quote the buyer directly on their own terms, and pay nothing to be listed.
Be featured to farms, integrators and project owners across 50+ countries.
Be considered when a reviewed poultry project genuinely fits your systems — no lead lists, no pay-per-lead.

Qualification criteria
Every application is checked against the same eight criteria. We keep the network small on purpose — buyers compare three to five suppliers, not thirty.
Registered company with a verifiable registration number, VAT/tax ID and a physical business address.
At least three years supplying commercial poultry equipment. Younger companies can apply with strong project references.
Own production, or a written distribution agreement with the manufacturer for a defined territory.
Ability to quote on Incoterms (EXW, FOB, CIF, DAP) and to supervise installation and commissioning, directly or through a named partner.
CE, ISO 9001, UL or the equivalent standard for your market and product class.
Two commercial projects we can contact — bird count, country and year.
Stated warranty terms, spare-parts availability and a technical contact for the markets you serve.
A named English-speaking commercial contact who can acknowledge an RFQ within 2 business days.
- Unappointed resellers, drop-shippers and lead brokers
- Suppliers who cannot quote on a defined Incoterm
- Companies without a verifiable registration or references
- Second-hand equipment traders without warranty cover
How the lead flow works
Submit the form below with your categories, served markets and company background. Two business days to review.
We check registration, certifications and two references, then confirm your product scope and the countries you can actually serve.
Your profile appears on the country and category supplier pages buyers browse before they build an RFQ.
You receive scoped requests — bird count, housing type, country, climate, budget band — routed to three to five suppliers, not blasted.
You price on your own terms and Incoterms. We keep the scope identical across suppliers so the buyer compares like for like.
Where the buyer needs it, we coordinate financing review through an independent third-party partner, subject to third-party approval.
Financing is arranged by an independent third-party partner and is subject to third-party approval. HatchMatch does not lend, underwrite or guarantee any facility.
How HatchMatch introductions work
HatchMatch is designed to reduce unnecessary work for both buyers and poultry-equipment manufacturers. We do not forward every enquiry automatically to multiple suppliers.
The buyer first submits the project to HatchMatch. Our technology helps organize the project around bird type, capacity, housing, climate, ventilation, feeding, drinking, automation and other relevant requirements.
Our team then reviews the requirement and researches manufacturers whose capabilities may fit. If your company appears relevant, we may contact you for additional technical or commercial information.
Only when there is a meaningful potential fit do we coordinate an introduction. This gives manufacturers fewer irrelevant RFQs and gives buyers a more structured sourcing process.
Technology supports the research and qualification. A human remains involved in every commercial introduction.
Be considered when your poultry systems genuinely fit the project.

Supplier FAQ
How much does it cost to be listed?
Nothing to apply and nothing to be listed. There is no subscription, no pay-per-lead and no placement fee. We are paid on the buyer side of a closed project, so a listing only costs you the time you spend answering an RFQ that matches your scope.
Who qualifies as a listed supplier?
Manufacturers, official distributors and turnkey contractors of commercial poultry equipment with at least three years of trading history, a verifiable company registration, export or installation references, and an English-speaking commercial contact who can quote on Incoterms.
Do you accept traders and agents?
Only when they hold a written distribution agreement with the manufacturer for a defined territory. We do not list unappointed resellers, drop-shippers or lead brokers, because buyers on this platform are comparing scope and after-sales cover, not just price.
What does the verification review check?
Company registration, years trading, manufacturing or distribution status, product scope, certifications (CE, ISO, UL as applicable), export markets served, installation and commissioning capability, spare-parts and warranty terms, and two project references.
How are leads matched to me?
Buyer RFQs carry bird count, housing type, country, climate and budget band. We route each RFQ to suppliers whose category, capacity and served markets fit the scope — typically three to five per RFQ, never a blast to the whole database.
How fast must I respond to an RFQ?
Two business days for an acknowledgement and five for a priced offer on the stated Incoterms. Suppliers who repeatedly miss that window drop out of the matching rotation.
Can I be removed from the network?
Yes. Unverifiable claims, non-response to matched RFQs, quoting outside the requested scope without flagging it, or substantiated buyer complaints about delivery or after-sales all lead to removal.
Which categories do you cover?
Ventilation and climate, feeding systems, drinking systems, layer cage and aviary systems, broiler floor systems, hatchery equipment, feed mill plant, processing lines, manure handling, backup power and solar, and turnkey house construction.
How long does approval take?
The sourcing team reviews credentials within 2 business days. If references and registration check out, your profile goes live on the relevant country and category pages in the same week.
