1. Our commitment

HatchMatch Group is committed to making hatchmatchgroup.com usable by the widest possible audience, including buyers, project owners, engineers and procurement teams who rely on assistive technologies. We treat accessibility as an ongoing engineering discipline, not a one-time task.

2. Standards

The platform is designed and progressively improved to align with the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1, Level AA. Where individual pages or third-party components fall short, we treat those gaps as defects and prioritise fixes.

3. Measures we take

Semantic HTML landmarks (header, nav, main, footer) on every page.
Keyboard-navigable menus, forms, dialogs and interactive tools.
Descriptive alt text on informative images; empty alt on purely decorative images.
Sufficient colour contrast for body text and interactive elements.
Accessible labels on form inputs, calculators and RFQ builders.
Support for browser text-resizing up to 200% without loss of content or function.
Multi-language content with correct lang attributes and RTL/LTR handling for Arabic and Hebrew.

4. Known limitations

Some legacy interactive components, third-party embeds (video players, mapping tools, external calculators) and PDFs may not yet meet the target standard. We are progressively remediating these components and welcome reports.

5. Reporting an accessibility issue

If you encounter a barrier that prevents you from using the platform, please contact us so we can prioritise a fix:

6. Alternative access
