Financing guide

Project requirement

Submit your poultry project requirement

Four facts first: the project number, the location, the size and the budget. A HatchMatch specialist reads every brief, comes back with the details a manufacturer still needs, and only then structures it into one RFQ. Supplier-neutral, human-reviewed and free for buyers. The platform works on commercial projects with an indicative value from USD 250,000.

Project number

Your own reference, or the project number a HatchMatch calculator created. It keeps the calculator results, the RFQ and every email on one file. Leave it empty if you do not have one yet.

Location

The country of the project, the site if you know it, and the port or inland destination. Location decides climate design, voltage, delivery route and which standards apply.

Size

Type of poultry, flock size and the capacity the build has to deliver — birds per house, birds per cycle, chicks per week or eggs per day — plus how many houses.

Budget

An indicative range in USD and whether financing or grant support is needed. The range decides how the scope is structured before any supplier sees it.

Not sure about size or budget yet?

Run the farm cost calculator or any sizing calculator first and the project number and results carry over into this form automatically — or fill the form in directly with what you have.

Project requirement form

Fields marked * are the ones a manufacturer cannot quote without.

01

Project

Where the project stands and what kind of build it is.

Already have a reference from a calculator or an earlier email? Enter it so everything stays on one file. Leave it empty if you do not have one.

02

Location

Where the project is and where it must arrive.

Region, city or plot — anything that tells us the climate and access conditions.

Port or inland destination, if different from the site.

03

Size

The scale a manufacturer has to design for.

How the size is measured: birds per house, birds per cycle, chicks per week or eggs per day.

04

Budget

A range is enough at this stage — it decides how the scope is structured.

The platform works on commercial projects from USD 250,000. Not sure yet? Work it out in the farm cost calculator first.

Optional. Answering helps us tell you which funding routes fit before sourcing starts.

What happens next

1

Stored against your project number

The requirement is written to the HatchMatch project record with the date, the country, the size and the budget you entered.

2

Read by a person

A specialist checks the scope and lists the technical details still missing — house dimensions, power, water, automation level, standards to meet.

3

You decide what happens next

Nothing is sent to a manufacturer automatically. When you approve the scope, it is structured into one comparable RFQ and issued to independent suppliers.

Every brief is reviewed by a person; we aim to reply within 2 business days. Supplier response times vary.
