1. Scope

These RFQ Terms govern the submission, distribution and response to Requests for Quotation ("RFQs") on HatchMatch Group. They supplement the Terms of Service.

2. Non-binding

An RFQ and any quote returned in response are non-binding indicative communications for information and negotiation only, and do not constitute an offer or acceptance capable of forming a contract. A binding contract only arises once buyer and supplier sign a written agreement between them.

3. Accuracy

Buyers submit RFQs on their own behalf, warranting that project data (bird count, housing type, site, capacity, Incoterms, timeline, financing needs, end-use) is accurate. Suppliers quote against the RFQ as-published and disclose deviations.

4. Distribution

HatchMatch Group may match, rank and route RFQs to suppliers whose declared capabilities, country, capacity, certifications, lead time and pricing band appear relevant. Matching is not an endorsement.

5. Confidentiality

Suppliers may only use RFQ information to quote and follow up with the requesting buyer. Onward disclosure, resale, harvesting for other purposes, or use to poach the buyer for unrelated products is prohibited.

6. AI-assisted matching

Matching, drafting suggestions and summaries may be produced with the help of AI tools. AI outputs are informational and non-binding; parties must independently verify all technical, commercial and compliance details before contracting. See Disclaimer.

7. Rejection & termination

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, HatchMatch Group reserves the right to reject, edit, delay, suspend or permanently remove any RFQ or quote that appears fraudulent, sanctioned, non-compliant, abusive, incomplete, off-topic, duplicate, or in breach of these RFQ Terms or the Acceptable Use Policy.

8. No guarantee

HatchMatch Group does not guarantee the number, quality, price, timeliness or availability of quotes, nor the willingness or ability of any supplier to perform.

9. Governing law

These RFQ Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Cyprus with exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of Cyprus.
