HatchMatch structures these projects as coordinated sourcing packages rather than a single mega-tender.

Value-chain sourcing

Each package (breeder houses, hatchery, feed mill, broiler grow-out, processing line, waste and effluent) is sourced from specialist manufacturers, then integrated to a single project specification — so procurement never becomes the timeline bottleneck.

Financing at scale

Large projects typically blend export credit agency loans, development finance institution equity or debt, commercial bank facilities and supplier credit. HatchMatch introduces qualified sponsors to an independent financing partner; approval decisions rest with the financiers.
