Yes. For genuine emergencies we coordinate air freight through our forwarder network — usually 3–7 days door-to-airport, plus customs clearance depending on the destination country.

Is there a premium for emergency sourcing?

HatchMatch does not charge buyers. Any premium comes from the supplier (rush production or stock allocation) and the freight forwarder — both are shown transparently in the offer.

Can financing still be arranged in an emergency?

Possibly. Independent leasing and trade-finance partners can review qualifying emergency projects rapidly, but decisions remain independent and are not guaranteed.

Ventilation fan or controller failure in hot climates, hatchery HVAC or setter/hatcher breakdowns, feed-line motor or auger loss, drinker-line contamination, biosecurity breach requiring rapid disinfection equipment, or storm/cyclone damage. Any situation where each day of downtime costs birds, hatchability or contracts.

How the emergency channel works

Submit a short brief — equipment type, farm location, urgency window. We shortlist manufacturers with stock or short lead times, request expedited quotes, and coordinate freight, INCOTERMS and customs paperwork in parallel with the technical quote. Financing partners can be looped in the same day for qualifying projects.
