HatchMatch does not connect buyers and manufacturers automatically. Requests are reviewed by the HatchMatch project team, and an introduction is coordinated only after an approved technical and commercial fit.
Your buyer profile keeps your company, country and project details in one place, so every RFQ you submit carries consistent information. It is private to your account — only you and the HatchMatch review team can see it, and it is never published in the supplier directory.

HatchMatch looks at whether the scope is clear, the budget fits the market, and which suppliers could realistically match it.

Only after that review do we reach out to manufacturers or contractors with a comparable scope and ask for input.
