What OPEX means in poultry farming
OPEX is everything you spend per cycle to produce birds or eggs. It is where a poorly specified house shows up: weak insulation, undersized ventilation, inefficient fans, unreliable water quality and manual management all convert into higher feed, energy, mortality and labour cost every single flock.
Feed cost and feed conversion ratio
