Manufacturers, appointed distributors and turnkey contractors can submit product listings here. Each listing is reviewed manually by the HatchMatch sourcing desk and tracked with a clear status: submitted, under review, approved or not accepted. Approved products are used when we match reviewed commercial poultry projects (USD 250,000+) with suppliers.
Managed poultry project procurement — every request is reviewed by David / HatchMatch Group first.
- A farm owner, hatchery owner, integrator or investor submits a poultry project request.
- David / HatchMatch Group reviews project seriousness, farm type, country, capacity, budget, technical requirements, regulation, timeline and supplier fit.
- Only after manual approval, HatchMatch Group selects which — if any — manufacturers, suppliers or integrators are a fit for the project.
- Introductions are made manually and in a controlled way — never automatically through the website.
Supplier and manufacturer listings are provided for research, transparency and discovery only. HatchMatch Group does not provide automatic buyer-supplier introductions. Every poultry project request is reviewed manually by David / HatchMatch Group, and supplier introductions are made only after internal approval.
How listing review works

Submit a product
One form per product line: scope, capacity range, indicative price band, lead time and certifications.

Internal review
HatchMatch reviews the listing for scope accuracy, certification claims and market fit. Status moves to under review.

Approved listing
Approved products are used in supplier research and in the managed matching process for commercial projects.

Matched project requests
When a reviewed buyer project fits your scope, HatchMatch contacts you directly. Buyers are never connected to you automatically.

Does it cost anything to submit a product?
No. Submitting product listings is free. There is no subscription, no pay-per-lead and no placement fee.
How long does review take?
Listings are reviewed manually, normally within two business days. You can submit more products while earlier ones are still under review.
Will buyers contact me directly?
No. HatchMatch operates managed procurement: every buyer request is reviewed internally first, and supplier introductions are made manually after approval.
What makes a listing easy to approve?
A specific product name, a clear technical description, capacity ranges in real units, honest lead times and certifications you can evidence.
