Every poultry project request is reviewed manually by the HatchMatch sourcing team, and HatchMatch contacts suitable suppliers on the buyer's behalf only after internal approval, then presents their organised responses.

No. Submitting product listings is free. There is no subscription, no pay-per-lead and no placement fee.
How long does review take?
We review listings manually, usually within two business days. You can keep submitting more products while earlier ones are in review.
Will buyers contact me directly?
No. HatchMatch runs managed procurement: every buyer request is reviewed first, and we only make introductions manually after internal approval.
What makes a listing easy to approve?
A clear product name, specific technical description, real-world capacity ranges, honest lead times and certifications you can back up.
