Broiler farm supplier sourcing — we work behind the consultant.
Broiler farm supplier sourcing means turning a house design and bird capacity into a comparable set of manufacturer offers: feeding lines, drinking lines, ventilation and heating, controls, and installation scope. HatchMatch Group prepares the RFQ pack, shortlists qualified manufacturers per project country, and returns a like-for-like comparison. Your client relationship stays with you.
We do not replace the consultant. You keep the client. We prepare the RFQ, approach manufacturers, chase the quotes and normalise them so you can present one clean recommendation. You decide how involved we are, and we do not contact your client unless you ask us to.
What we source
Feeding systems
Pan feeder lines, augers, silos and feed weighing sized to bird count, stocking density and target slaughter weight. We ask for pan count per line, winch specification and hopper capacity so quotes stay comparable.
Drinking systems
Nipple lines with flow rate by bird age, pressure regulators, medicators and flushing. Quotes are normalised on nipples per bird and regulator type, not on line metres alone.
Ventilation, cooling and heating
Tunnel fans, inlets, evaporative pads or fogging, radiant brooders or hot-air furnaces — specified against your climate data, minimum ventilation rate and tunnel velocity target.
Controls and structure
Climate computers, alarms, weighing and remote monitoring, plus house structure, insulation and slat/floor packages where the client wants a single-source scope.
How the sourcing round runs
1. You send one project
Country, bird capacity, house count, budget band and timeline. No client name required.
2. We build the RFQ pack
Technical spec, quantities, Incoterms, delivery port and installation scope written so manufacturers cannot quote apples to oranges.
3. Shortlist
Qualified manufacturers with real presence and service capability in the project country — European, Turkish, Asian or regional depending on budget band.
4. Comparison
Side-by-side sheet: equipment scope, exclusions, lead time, freight, installation, spare parts and payment terms.
5. You present
You deliver the recommendation to your client under your own name. We stay behind you.
6. Optional financing direction
If the client needs structure, we point to independent third-party financing partners — subject to their own approval.
Spec lines that make quotes comparable
| Item | What to specify | Why it matters |
|---|---|---|
| Bird capacity per house | Birds/house at final density (kg/m²) | Drives feeder pan count, nipple count and fan capacity — the three biggest quote variables. |
| House dimensions | Length × width × eave height | Determines line count, tunnel cross-section and air velocity feasibility. |
| Design temperature | Peak outside °C and RH | Decides pad cooling vs fogging, and whether heat exchangers are justified. |
| Feed system | Pan type, pans/line, silo tonnage | Prevents suppliers quoting different pan densities at different prices. |
| Water | Nipples/bird, flow rate ml/min, regulator type | Litter quality and FCR depend on it; cheap lines show up here. |
| Ventilation | m³/h total, fan model count, inlet count | Allows tunnel capacity to be verified rather than trusted. |
| Scope boundary | Supply only / supply + supervision / turnkey | The single most common reason two quotes look different. |
| Commercial | Incoterm, port, currency, payment terms, warranty | Landed cost, not ex-works price, is what your client compares. |
RFQ checklist before you send it out
- Bird capacity, house count and target density
- House dimensions and construction type
- Climate data: peak temperature, humidity, altitude
- Power availability and backup requirement
- Feeding, drinking, ventilation, heating, controls scope
- Installation and commissioning responsibility
- Incoterm, destination port and clearance responsibility
- Spare parts package and warranty period
- Budget band and funding status
- Required delivery window
