Egg flow is the first bottleneck
Collection belts, cross conveyors, elevators and the grader interface each have a throughput ceiling. A flock step that exceeds any of them turns into breakage, overtime and downgraded eggs long before it shows up as a housing problem.
Manure logistics scale with birds, not with revenue
Larger flocks mean more manure to move, dry, store and dispatch, on a schedule and often to a regulated standard. Storage and offtake arrangements belong in the project scope from the start.
