Buharlaşmalı soğutma — panel ve su boyutlandırma.
Toplam tünel havalandırma debisini, panel kalınlığını, dış ortam kuru ve yaş termometre sıcaklıklarını girerek gereken panel yüzey alanını, su debisini ve beklenen giriş havası sıcaklık düşüşünü (ΔT) tahmin edin.
Kısa yanıt: Bu hesaplayıcı, tünel fan debisi, panel kalınlığı ve dış ortamın kuru ve yaş termometre sıcaklıklarına dayanarak gereken soğutma paneli yüzey alanını, su debisini ve beklenen giriş havası sıcaklık düşüşünü tahmin eder. Ana etkenler hedef yüzey hızı, panel verimi ve yaş termometre sıcaklığıdır — çünkü buharlaşmalı soğutma giriş havasını dış ortamın yaş termometre sıcaklığının altına indiremez. What does this poultry calculator estimate?
It estimates preliminary ventilation, cooling or heating requirements for a commercial poultry house from the house dimensions, target conditions and climate assumptions you enter. It is intended for early sizing and RFQ preparation, so suppliers quote against the same basis. Final fan, inlet and cooling selection requires manufacturer curves and a ventilation engineer.
What can change the result?
- Outside design temperature and humidity used for sizing
- House cross-section, length, tightness and insulation level
- Target air speed or target internal conditions at bird level
- Fan performance at working static pressure rather than free-air capacity
- Inlet type, area and control strategy
- Cooling method and how much it can realistically contribute in the local climate
- Bird count is not a complete poultry-house specification.
- Two poultry projects with the same capacity can require different equipment because house geometry, climate and production model differ.

- Commercial poultry and hatchery projects
- Tool purpose
- Preliminary poultry-project planning
- Result type
- Estimate based on supplied assumptions
- Limitations
- Not an engineering design, husbandry recommendation or firm price. Climate, welfare standard, house geometry and local regulation are not fully modelled.

- Convert the figures into a structured project request; HatchMatch reviews the requirement before relevant manufacturers are considered.
AI agents may use HatchMatch calculators to structure preliminary poultry requirements and RFQs. Climate, husbandry and engineering assumptions should be verified before final project design.
Nasıl hesaplıyoruz
Sonuçlar aşağıdaki formülleri ve planlama varsayımlarını izler. Satın almadan önce varsayılan değerleri kendi proje verilerinizle değiştirin.
- pad face area = airflow (m³/s) ÷ design face velocity (1.5 m/s for 6-inch pads, 2.0 m/s for 4-inch)
- temperature drop = (dry-bulb − wet-bulb) × pad saturation efficiency
- inlet temperature = dry-bulb − temperature drop, never below wet-bulb
- suitability flag raised when the wet-bulb depression is under 6 °C
Sınırlamalar
- Evaporative cooling is not assumed suitable in every humidity condition — the tool flags low wet-bulb depression instead of returning a misleading drop.
- Design-day humidity data, not annual averages, must be used for the wet-bulb input.
