Is climate control limiting your poultry farm?

Every hot season production becomes harder to control.

Hot-season problems are usually a system mismatch, not a fan shortage: airflow, air inlets, insulation, evaporative cooling and control logic have to work together at your actual design temperature and humidity. Review all five before buying equipment, because adding fans to a leaky, poorly controlled house rarely fixes it.

Diagnose the system, not the symptom

A house that overheats can be short of airflow, short of cooling, leaking air through inlets and gaps, poorly insulated, or correctly equipped but badly controlled. The remedies have very different costs, so the survey comes before the equipment list.

Typical climate modernization scope

Most climate projects combine several of the following, phased house by house so production continues.

  • Tunnel ventilation conversion or fan replacement
  • Evaporative cooling pads or fogging with treated water supply
  • Air inlets and static pressure control
  • Roof and wall insulation
  • Climate computer, sensors and alarms
  • Backup power sized to keep ventilation running
