Plan your poultry or hatchery project in one free workspace

Short answer: the HatchMatch Project Command Center is a free, private planning workspace where you map phases from feasibility to commissioning, track budget against quotes and compare offers before you buy equipment.

Templates for every poultry project

Broiler, layer, breeder, hatchery, turkey, duck and goose templates with eight editable phases and milestones.

Gantt timeline, board, list and calendar

Zoom by weeks or months, see the today line, dependency conflicts and the critical path; drag tasks across the board.

CAPEX / OPEX budget vs quotes

Track estimated, quoted, committed and actual costs per currency. Foreign lines need a rate you record — nothing is guessed.

Offer comparison

Compare shared offers by price, lead time and weighted criteria: technical fit, service, references.

Invite your team

Add partners or consultants as editors or viewers. Every change is logged in the activity feed with comments.

Private by design

Access is checked on the server for every record; nothing is published or shared with suppliers automatically.
